Through M_OliveS I have been a consultant with various organizations both Corporates, MSME’s and NGO’s in their people/community development initiatives; I spearheaded ‘Be More Mentored’, a Youth Mentorship program- for Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA), Support to Mentorship Program for Women Entrepreneurs in Kenya, an ILO Women Entrepreneurship Development (WED) Program, Youth mentoring through Professional Business Mentors Association (PBMA), Business Mentoring Manual Development and Training of Mentors for Navigators Kenya EPTF, Business associations mentoring through Business Advocacy Fund (BAF) and East Africa Social Entrepreneurs Network (EASEN). I take pride in the more than 20 Individual Entrepreneurs/Business owners who through my mentoring have seen their profits increase by more than 40%.
In addition I have been a consultant in various project assignments for various organizations; Strategic Plan Reviews, Impact Assessment Studies, Project Completion Reports, Gender Baseline surveys & mainstreaming, TOTs and SME Mentoring programs.

I am a born again Christian and an a leader in my local church where I serve in various church groups. Currently I am spearheading the Mentoring program in the church, a program whose main goal is to facilitate access to holistic mentorship that integrates; Leadership, Spiritual, Career, Business, Personal growth and Family Mentoring for Holistic development. I am married with three children and together with my family live in Nairobi, Kenya.
