“My mentorship journey has been a valuable learning experience that has helped me grow both personally and professionally. After completing my Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, I started working as an office assistant, where I gained practical experience in communication, teamwork, organization, and professional responsibility. Although I am still at the early stages of my career and do not have extensive workplace experience, I have always been eager to learn, improve myself, and grow professionally.
The Ignite Your Mentoring Program through Molives Mentoring has played a major role in building my confidence and helping me improve how I communicate and deliver information in a professional manner. The guidance and mentorship I received helped me become more confident in public speaking, presentation, and interacting with others professionally.
So far, I have successfully carried out one mentorship program, and I was confident in the way I delivered the information because of the valuable guidance and support I received from the program.
