Founder & Chairman
Symon is a strategic leader and business development expert with extensive experience in finance and microfinance. An MBA graduate and certified CPA, he has led transformative initiatives in financial management, strategic planning, and capacity building. Symon is passionate about economic empowerment and serves actively in church and community leadership.

Dr Mary Kamore

Founder & Lead Consultant
Dr. Mary Kamore is an organizational development expert with a wide range of competencies; Mentorship, Economic Empowerment, Capacity Building, Strategy, Leadership and Organization change. She is the Director and Lead Consultant, M_OliveS Mentors. She is passionate about transformation and driven by a strong passion to empower people and organizations through initiatives that enable them realize their full individual potential and organizational capacities.

Dr. Esther Kimani

Agribusiness and Compliance
Dr. Esther Kimani is a consultant at Kovifood International Ltd., a company she founded in 2020. At Kovifood, she helps clients navigate complex regulatory systems for registering and trading public health products, agro-inputs, and produce. She also collaborates with government regulatory agencies to address technical trade barriers, facilitating the import and export of public health products, plants, seeds, crop protection products, biofertilizers, and biopesticides.

Ann is a strategic communications professional with over 15 years of experience across nonprofit, corporate, and public sectors. She holds advanced degrees in Information and Development Communication, and excels in designing impactful communication, branding, and marketing strategies that drive meaningful social change.
